Returns & Exchanges

As each item is made to order we do not offer exchanges or returns for incorrect sizes ordered or change of mind. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. Please supply your order number and a description of the damage, along with your e-mail address. If the item is found to be faulty we will refund the return postage costs and replace the item. Please return the items in an Australia Post satchel bag with tracking. Please also ensure you keep the Australia Post lodgment receipt as proof of postage.
